How do I book a transfer?

Fill in the booking form on this website or send us a WhatsApp message. You will receive a confirmation with the vehicle, price and driver details — usually within a few minutes.

Where does the driver meet me at Mohammed V Airport?

Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall, after customs, holding a sign with your name. If you cannot find him, one WhatsApp message is enough.

How do I pay?

Cash in MAD or EUR directly to the driver, or bank transfer in advance for companies. Card and online payment are being added soon.

How much waiting time is included?

60 minutes free after landing for airport pickups (we monitor your flight) and 15 minutes for city pickups.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged the driver's travel cost.

Are child seats available?

Yes, baby and booster seats are free — just mention the ages of your children in the special requests field.
